Nj\u00eb num\u00ebr n\u00eb rritje studimesh, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato nga Organizata Bot\u00ebrore e Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe UNICEF, v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb dukje rritje t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb simptomave t\u00eb ankthit dhe stresit, si dhe ulje t\u00eb vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimit tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb. N\u00eb nivel global, adoleshent\u00ebt q\u00eb kalojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tre or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb n\u00eb rrjete sociale kan\u00eb dy her\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb gjasa t\u00eb zhvillojn\u00eb probleme t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetit mendor (U.S. Surgeon General, 2023). N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, profesionist\u00ebt e sh\u00ebndetit mendor kan\u00eb raportuar shtim t\u00eb rasteve me ankth dhe pagjum\u00ebsi, t\u00eb lidhura me p\u00ebrdorimin e tepruar t\u00eb pajisjeve digjitale, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht gjat\u00eb nat\u00ebs (Sulo, 2024).<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c7rregullimi i sjelljes si rezultat i bullizmit digjital<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dukuri shqet\u00ebsuese q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb reja n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e mediave sociale. Nj\u00eb anket\u00eb e UNICEF-it (2019), q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshinte t\u00eb rinj nga 30 vende, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, tregoi se 1 n\u00eb 3 t\u00eb rinj ka p\u00ebrjetuar forma t\u00eb bullizmit online, nd\u00ebrsa 1 n\u00eb 5 ka munguar n\u00eb shkoll\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ngacmimeve kibernetike. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, raportet nga linjat e ndihm\u00ebs p\u00ebr internet t\u00eb sigurt tregojn\u00eb se bullizmi n\u00eb rrjet \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga shqet\u00ebsimet kryesore t\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve. K\u00ebto p\u00ebrjetime ndikojn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm n\u00eb mir\u00ebqenie, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb pasiguri emocionale, stres t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm dhe r\u00ebnie t\u00eb ndjeshme t\u00eb vet\u00ebbesimit.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c7rregullimi i vet\u00ebimazhit dhe vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimit<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb po ashtu nj\u00eb aspekt i theksuar i ndikimit t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb. Sipas nj\u00eb raporti t\u00eb Royal Society for Public Health (2017), platforma si Instagram dhe Snapchat ndikojn\u00eb negativisht n\u00eb vet\u00ebvler\u00ebsimin e 70% t\u00eb adoleshent\u00ebve t\u00eb mosh\u00ebs 14\u201324 vje\u00e7. Shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj shqiptar\u00eb, sidomos vajzat adoleshente, raportojn\u00eb ndjenja pasigurie p\u00ebr pamjen fizike pas ekspozimit t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm ndaj imazheve t\u00eb kuruara dhe t\u00eb filtruara n\u00eb rrjetet sociale nj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim q\u00eb evidentohet edhe n\u00eb raportet e sh\u00ebrbimeve k\u00ebshilluese dhe edukative n\u00eb vend.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c7rregullimet e gjumit<\/strong> jan\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb e lidhur ngusht\u00ebsisht me p\u00ebrdorimin e teknologjis\u00eb. P\u00ebrdorimi i ekranit n\u00eb or\u00ebt e vona vonon prodhimin e melatonin\u00ebs dhe \u00e7on n\u00eb prishje t\u00eb ciklit natyror t\u00eb fjetjes. OBSH paralajm\u00ebron se mungesa e gjumit tek adoleshent\u00ebt lidhet me humor t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi n\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrim dhe rrezik t\u00eb shtuar p\u00ebr zhvillimin e \u00e7rregullimeve t\u00eb ankthit. N\u00eb praktik\u00ebn klinike shqiptare v\u00ebrehet shpesh p\u00ebrmbysje e ritmeve t\u00eb jetes\u00ebs: t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb zgjuar nat\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes rrjeteve sociale dhe flen\u00eb gjat\u00eb dit\u00ebs, duke nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb funksionimin normal akademik dhe social.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c7rregullimi i sjelljes nga var\u00ebsia digjitale<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb problematik\u00eb n\u00eb rritje edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nj\u00eb studim i vitit 2022 me student\u00eb t\u00eb Universitetit t\u00eb Mjek\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb tregoi se 28% e t\u00eb rinjve shfaqnin shenja t\u00eb var\u00ebsis\u00eb nga interneti, me ndikim negativ n\u00eb funksionimin e p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb r\u00ebnien e v\u00ebmendjes, shtimin e nervozizmit dhe prishjen e marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve sociale (Shkurti &amp; Shtiza, 2023). P\u00ebrdorimi kompulsiv i rrjeteve sociale shoq\u00ebrohet jo rrall\u00eb me vetmi, p\u00ebrqendrim t\u00eb ul\u00ebt dhe humor t\u00eb luhatsh\u00ebm.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c7rregullimi i v\u00ebmendjes<\/strong> dhe p\u00ebrqendrimit \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu i lidhur me p\u00ebrdorimin e shpesht\u00eb t\u00eb pajisjeve elektronike. Nd\u00ebrveprimi i vazhduesh\u00ebm me ekranet dhe kalimi i shpejt\u00eb nga nj\u00eb stimul n\u00eb tjetrin (mesazhe, njoftime, video) e d\u00ebmton aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb rinjve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur fokusin. Kjo gjendje, q\u00eb nga ekspert\u00ebt p\u00ebrshkruhet si \u201cfragmentim i v\u00ebmendjes\u201d, reflektohet n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb kryer detyra me p\u00ebrqendrim dhe n\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb rezultateve akademike.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c7rregullimi i lidhjeve sociale p\u00ebrmes vetmis\u00eb<\/strong> \u00ebsht\u00eb paradoksi m\u00eb i madh i epok\u00ebs digjitale. Edhe pse t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur se kurr\u00eb p\u00ebrmes teknologjis\u00eb, shum\u00eb prej tyre p\u00ebrjetojn\u00eb ndjenja vetmie dhe boshll\u00ebku emocional. Shum\u00eb t\u00eb rinj shqiptar\u00eb raportojn\u00eb se, pavar\u00ebsisht kontaktit virtual t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm, ndihen emocionalisht t\u00eb shk\u00ebputur, t\u00eb pakuptuar dhe t\u00eb pamb\u00ebshtetur. Plani i Veprimit p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebndetin Mendor 2023\u20132026 i Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe Mbrojtjes Sociale parashikon p\u00ebrfshirjen e programeve p\u00ebr edukimin e t\u00eb rinjve mbi sh\u00ebndetin mendor dhe p\u00ebrdorimin e sigurt t\u00eb teknologjis\u00eb, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me OBSH-n\u00eb dhe UNICEF-in.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet t\u00eb ri digjital, sfida nuk q\u00ebndron n\u00eb shmangien e teknologjis\u00eb, por n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieje t\u00eb ekuilibruar me t\u00eb.
